That time of year again for the Steam Summer Sale. Always lots of bargains to be had if you check regularly. Daily Deals on games, as well as "Flash" sales updated every 8 hours. http://store.steampowered.com/ You can scroll through "Top Sellers", "Under 5€", "Under 10€" at the bottom as well.

There's also Steam on reddit which can give you a wealth of information and tips during the sale: http://www.reddit.com/r/Steam

The attached flowchart is also handy. Except replace "Last day" with "Second last day" because the last day is now an Encore day where all the best selling games are brought back with their sale prices.
