HI I have a pain in my balls on one side and is swelled up I am not messing either I had a very hard few months with a lot of stress that I had to deal with, I have had no intercourse in the lets few months and only had been with the wife before that. I don't want to be embarrassed about it.

Im sorry we can't help you here as we cannot give medical advice. I suggest you see a doctor. They will not embarrass you, they are used to all kinds of issues.
