ffs cole they were leaking goals in nearly every game. Every home game i was at everytime the opposition got forward it looked like a goal chance was on the cards cos the half backs were up the field and all it takes is one long kick to bypass midfield and a goal chance was created.
Pussy footing around the half forward line, like tippy tappy barcelona players gets you nowhere.
Every thing I said before the derry game came true.
THIS continued all the way to the semi final. SO yeah nothing was learned. nothing.
The exact same mistakes happened in every game.
dont even bother mentioning the NY game. :rolleyes:

First off I mentioned the New York to correct myself - of course it was a nothing game.
If you look back at the previous page, I posted that the half back line issue needs to be fixed.
However, your post said "nothing has been learned since the league' I don't think that's reasonable at all. You can say what you want about Horan but he has gotten us to two finals in a row, to think he isn't at least working to try and fix the problems shown the during league is a bit daft.
I still think we will improve as the summer goes on and a lot of people still think we haven't shown our hand yet. Tomorrow will obviously answer some questions.
Finally, the last time I was at the opticians, they said I had pilots eyesight so the green and red glasses aren't neccessary

Just in case there are any first time travellers to the Hyde you should note the following;
1. Our Roscommon brethren operate a free parking system. This means driveways, lawns, fire stations etc are all available to park in. Thanks to our leader Enda, the hospital should have plenty of spaces available also.
2. Straw hats are acceptable at all occasions such as weddings, funerals, bar mitzvah's etc, but they are especially appropriate for the championship.
3. Nothing makes the locals happier than for a Mayoman to confidently strut into the local bookies just before the game and loudly enquire as to the odds on Mayo +25 points.
4. You might hear the crowd excitedly shouting a chant along the lines of "we are Ross" in the first 7/8 minutes, fret not though as it will quickly subside.
5. Feel free to ask about renting the shiny big Team Rossie bus for tours etc., it should be free around early July.
6. As you leave the Hyde, bask in the warm glow of admiration that your Rossie brethren have for your team and soak up the adulation and good wishes that will surely follow you all the way back to our beautiful county.
DISCLAIMER since the A&E is actually gone, this advice should not be taken literally...

Excellent alright. I also got a good luck wish from my Roscommon friend that I pick up 2 more penalty points on the way home from out of a kind Roscommon Garda . What you ask , the Roscommon inforsement might undertake such unjust acts.

Thank you, was unsure of which entrance to go to. I would normally go in that way as its the stand side.Opposite side of the ground, instead of turning down the road to the hospital, go to next roundabout and turn left, the golf links road I think its called. Season ticket holders have to go in through this entrance to get your cards scanned. They WILL NOT entertain requests for any cards not scanned, be warned!!

how disparate can you get???? hopefully the rosies kick mayos ass today and remind hem they are only a mediocre team that can win the all irwland threw hard work and not just excepting to lose because it getting boring at this stage
