    Argos
    Amazon
    Expensive websites offering ridiculous prices.
Trying to find a bargain but the cost of delivery etc is putting me off too

    Any recommendations appreciated!

I can only think of going second hand, as the 2 you said to avoid, amazon & argos, are the cheapest I know. Delivery is free on amazon over £25

I've got bumper plates and a light squat rack for sale.
Apart from that. Check " gymless" on adverts.ie

Unless you get really lucky with a second-hand deal, weights are always going to be fairly pricey. Iron isn't cheap. They tend to hold their value well though, so it's a good investment.

Adverts.ie or donedeal.ie - might need to keep checking for a while for something to come up but most inexpensive option.
