I've been a member for a year and I just renewed for another year.
Its a good size gym with a lot of equipment and you wont have to wait to get on any of the cardio machines, weights wise a couple of times someone has been using the machine I wanted to use but I just used something else and came back to it without any issues.

They offer a personal trainer service which they advertise at 25 euro per hour however they don't particularly want to do one of sessions they'll want you to block book 10-12

Classes are good I do one a week and I like it. overall its nice and clean and cheap and the staff are friendly.

FYI I normally go at lunchtime but have also gone at 8am 9am or 2pm and its been quieter than what I mentioned above. before 8 I can see the car park quite full

Once I went at Friday at 7pm and the weights section was jammed

Am thinking of joining this with herself. She is mainly interested in the classes like Yoga and Pilates. Do you have to book them in advance or if not do you have to get there very early before they start to get a spot?
I was thinking the spin classes might be of interest to me too.

    Thanks.

You dont need to book just show up, I think maybe once I saw someone turned away from a class but it was a small class of maybe 15 people.
    The larger ones are fine.

I did a spinning class for the first time on thursday it was really good!
