Looking to add a spin session to my workout, and I'm thinking an early morning session would be delightful. Am I mad?

I see Nemo fitness have one (although it's a bit later than I'd like) but are there any other choices? It needs to be PAYG as I don't want to spunk of hundreds of pounds on membership and not get full use. Ideally somewhere along the N40, so I can pop in on the way to work and then continue on to work after my session.

Actually yes, that looks like a good un. Do you go there, would you recommend it?
