Hi there, really need some help in this department and no clue where to start!

I'm a girl, 5'4 and a half, 127 pounds and 21 BMI. Just got weighed and BMI checked with the doc on Friday and weighed myself at home. I watch what I eat. I'm not crazy fit but I did the Darkness into Light 5k and I walk a lot day to day. I do have knee injuries, but they only hurt after...say, 3-4 hours walking. I noticed that my stomach is pretty flabby(dreaded loose skin :() and my arms could be firmer. I'm happy with my legs, butt and everything else. Anybody have any advice? And honestly, is it possible to tighten loose skin without surgery? I don't have regular internet access and research so far has been very conflicting.

Thanks in advance, any help is truly appreciated! <3

I've developed a habit of stretching daily, and rarely have leg or knee injuries. I do a few push-ups daily for arms and crunches for tummy. Not into running, but swim laps 2 to 3 times a week, and enjoy dancing weekends.

    Do some resistance/strength training.

Lift heavy things and then put them down again.

If you want to "tone up", it usually means you want to build muscle and lose weight. Lift heavy things, eat less, maybe eat more to help lift heavier things.

What's your diet like? Do you do any other exercise apart from walking or running?
