    cliff house?

Yeah, he put it up earlier at 7/1. Had a good few winners last week as well.

Andy Holding had him up as his best bet of the flat season so far, too.

The drift on Sadlers Risk in the 8:25 puzzles me.

The total opposite for me. Horse is a real stayer this about half a mile too short I'd have thought. Can see why people would want to take him on when he was so short. Also hasn't done a tap in ages

Did that very well. Bit of a penalty kick not sure Busty Brown ever looked comfortable there

Another one I don't get is Kennoway being punted into 10/3 from 10 this morning i the last at Roscommon. Won this race last year, but it's nowhere near as well handicapped this time around. Would be taking this on if I was a bookie.

Thanks anyway! The horse is Gold Club and a look at his last run will inspire a lot of confidence for anyone interested.. happy with my 6s.

Best price 7/2.. a "live one".

Probably not an e/w price but the race is P Power's extra place race today - paying on the first 4

I backed it EW at 5's. I'd still back it EW at 7/2 if I hadn't got 5's.

Took the risk last night and took 6's each way with Laddies(BP not guaranteed).

A fourth place would have been nice as I'm balls deep in this one.

What makes you fancy it so much

One thing I really don't like about that horse stevo. Done at 1.32 1.03 2.3 (sp of 38) and 2.2

Yeah his runs last year all quite promising(travelled beautifully in most) but definitely wasn't one to put it all in come the finish, idled out in front when looking a clear winner a couple of times.
Thought his handicap debut suggested he'd turned a corner though, was horribly unlucky. Hampered severely in the first furlong, and was stopped another couple of times in the final furlongs, but flew home from a fair bit back.. seemed to actually put it all in in the finish too for once and I'd say the bit of cover helped.

Hoping that the larger field does the trick again and if he's half as unlucky as LTO he won't be far off IMO. Handicapper leaving him at 69 was sound too.
Not too much subsequent form to work with as many of those involved haven't run since but Tinsill did win yesterday.

Anyway I could be way off the mark but it's good to see money for him.

Did he go to 2.2 last time out? Surprising enough considering where he came from.

No didn't go below 12 last time. Best of luck

    WARWICK CANCELLED.
Reason not officially confirmed but imagine they feel it's unsafe to race after horse slipped up in first on bend

Hope everyone and horses are safe. Had an ew treble starting with the winner of the first. Presume that gets paid as a single?

The horse that slipped up in the first had to be put down.

Just downed an industrial sized pot of tea and one of those king sized kitkats that I had cooled in the fridge. Heaven.

Spent the last few minutes watching the 2009 arc and eclipse.

Jim McGrath's commentary was fantastic on both occasions.
