Just found out im currently at 25%.What would be a realistic time frame to get from 25 to 19?
Starting to increase gym activity and putting more effort into the diet to cut out sugar and reduce portion sizes.

Want to try and set myself targets to keep the motivation up and progress measurable.

To be honest, most ways of measuring bodyfat as fraught with inconsistencies so I wouldn't use it as a marker to gauge progress. It's a number you'll end up getting stressed about. If you improve your diet and involve a bit of exercise you like, your best bet is to judge progress by how you look in the mirror and how your clothes feel on you.

You could be doing really well and have someone make a mistake with calipers and the reading might not reflect how well you've actually done.

you may want to try measuring your bf% using different methods, because most methods have a percentage of error...doing it repeatedly will give you accurate results, see my article about measuring bf% loseweightlegit.com/6-effective-ways-to-measure-body-fat-percentage-6/
