I think we lost a real chance for the title at games like the loss to Hull or the draw with West Brom.

Meh, par for the course, there was a few results we hung on for also. Been a great season overall.

Replica Premier League Trophy and medals at Anfield tomorrow. Something bittersweet about that, if the likely happens.

But we also got very lucky in games like Fulham and coming back against Villa.

Sweet. I'd say it'll be great no matter what happens. Have fun.

Tomorrow is the last time that we will see the current Liverpool team play. Next season we may have new players, have sold old players, but warts and all, this is the last time we will see this maddest of mad teams perform.

I hope tomorrow is a proper representation of the season so far and we win 6-4 or something crazy like that. There will be a party an Anfield and in Liverpool whatever happens tomorrow, and while it will likely be tinged with some regret about what might have been, it's been a helluva ride all season long, and it's been overall a great pleasure.

Imagine how weird it would be if it was a boring 0-0 draw...

Meanwhile at the Etihad, Stewart Downing gets a 30 yard screamer in the last minute to win the game for West Ham.

Bitch please. A volley from his own box to beat Joe Hart on the line.

And loic remy punches mignolet on the sly to let Newcastle win.

I'm delighted with how the season has gone and resigned myself after the Chelsea game winning the league wasn't going to happen. But... Have twice this past week dreamt that we won the league courtesy of an early red and penalty against City with the Hammers holding out to win 1-0.

Taking Champix to help get off the smokes and one side effect is crazy crazy crazy dreams. Not sure what to make of it but in any event proud of the team/club after the season they've given us.

Worst possible scenario. I can't even think about that happening.

The Daily Fail is saying the Lallana deal will be done this week. £20m.

I want the win tomorrow, regardless of what happens at the Etihad.

Let it be known, I have thoroughly enjoyed this season, its been great, could have been greater, but no worries, it's been magical. :D

The Daily Fail is saying the Lallana deal will be done this week. £20m.

Some actual detail you know! Obviously the Fail is not the most reliable of sources but they don't couch the language in any way.
England midfielder Adam Lallana will celebrate his call-up into Roy Hodgson’s World Cup squad by sealing a £20million move to Liverpool this week.

It is a massive boost for Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers, whose side have an outside chance of winning their first title since 1990 when the Premier League season reaches its climax on Sunday.

Lallana celebrated his 26th birthday on Saturday by choosing to join the Rodgers revolution at Anfield despite interest from other clubs.

Southampton believe the fee represents fair value for a player who progressed through their respected youth academy, and all sides see sense in wrapping up the move before the England players report for manager Hodgson’s pre-World Cup training camp in Portugal on May 19.

Hodgson names his 23-man squad plus seven standby players for Brazil on Monday and Lallana is certain to be included.

Liverpool will hope Lallana’s imminent arrival is a lucky omen as they face Newcastle at Anfield on Sunday afternoon - two points behind leaders Manchester City, who face West Ham at The Etihad.

Firmino and Kovacevic are really showing off before the transfer window opens. A couple of talents that could bolster Liverpools attack.

Heading to the match tomorrow, first time in Anfield. Can't wait. Put a tenner on a West Ham/Liverpool double at 20/1... Could be one hell of a day/night...

West Ham should be invited over for scoops after, either way :)

West Ham get a "free game" from Liverpool next season esp if they need it late on! Somehow due to a shocking clerical error (IAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Liverpool turn up at the match with only 9 players none of whom is a goal keeper.

If West Ham do win tomorrow we should offer a refund on Downing...

Too young to remember but I've resigned myself to the fact that we're not gonna win it.

Still, it's nice that we've something to play for at the end of the season.
