Should clothing sizes greater than XL be banned?

Just saw an ad there for clothing up to XXXXXL. Disgusting.

Firstly it's a waste of material. Environmental impact and all that jazz.

Secondly people wouldn't be so quick to scoff big macs if they knew they would have to wear a bed sheet everywhere once they tubbisize themselves past XL.

    I rest my case.

Why stop there? Why should we allow XL? Are you XL, OP?

I saw we string up anyone larger than Medium.

The thought of a tour party of naked sumo wrestlers wandering through the Guinness store house makes me more than a little queasy.

People who need clothing sizes greater than XL should be banned. And people who need clothing sizes greater than XL who wear anything tight should be euthanized since they're causing severe mental anguish and distress in others

So we'll just have loads of fat naked people walking around.

What a retarded thread, what a retarded idea. The mind boggles.

That's very compassionate of you. Personally I think someone who needs clothes that big may not be leaving the house too much anyway, so I doubt they'd be worried about having to wear a sheet. I don't imagine fashion is on your mind that much when you're busy killing yourself with food.

I don't think the XXXXXXL people do much walking anyway, you won't see them around.

Only if they're actually able to walk. But it wouldn't really make a diffence, since all the folds of skin flopping around their ankles cover everything else up, anyway :-&

If XXXXXL is so offensive then call it 5XL.

Or else we could start with XXXXXS and L would become the new XXXXXL.

Or even better you could just try to cope with the reality that there are people of all shapes and sizes in the world.

Don't worry, we'll either change the rule as I get older or redefine what Medium means.

XXXXXL in Roman numerals would be LL, which would be C. And then the bedsheets would be togas. Throw in a laurel hairband and the fatties would be all style. :)

I'm not fat - I'm just Extra medium.

please! no more messing with sizes, it's bad enough as is....

these days everytime i buy a size 10 and i have to try it on, some fit some don't.

and why does womens clothing have to be so awkward anyway with their odd even numbers, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18? why can't we size in inches like mens clothing!

that way you pick your clothing based on the inches of your waist instead of saying "oh i have to fit in that size 10" it's ridiculous, we are what we are and as long as we are healthy who cares what size we are.

    /rant

actually feck it i was wrong above why not just scrap sizing completely!
