Hi there not sure if there is much you can tell me.

Like a lot of tall people I have a habit of slouching especially when talking to people smaller than me for more than a few minutes.

I am male and quite think and I don't want to have a bad back as I get older I would like to stop it now as I age.

    Some people suggested yoga.

I found that I slouched more than I realised, I stand at work 100% of the time so I decided it was time to work on it.

I started looking at how a person should be sitting/standing and found ways to get into that position. Working on my mobility was the biggest part of all that, putting everything back into its right place.

I'm quite tall too and used to have fairly bad posture (it's still not perfect, but it's fairly good). Making a conscious effort to stand upright did little for me. What did work was lifting weights and mobility work. Loosen up your hips and shoulders and work your back with deadlifts, pull-ups, rows, band pull-aparts, and so on. Once you build a bit of back muscle you'll naturally stand upright without conscious effort.

Back muscle plus pulling your back muscles down then shoulders back. Hurts for a while if your posture is as bad as mine used to be plus you have to keep remembering but then it should be second nature
