Body fat calipers

I want to keep up my motivation with my plan to cut my body fat.

Where can I buy calipers that I can use to measure my body fat?

I've tried amazon but most don't ship to Ireland for some reason.

Use parcel motel for sites that don't deliver to ireland

I bought this one on eBay last week. It is the number 1 search result on Amazon.co.uk but they wouldn't ship it to Ireland, so I went to eBay. Including delivery it cost 13.99Euro.

Does anyone know how reliable this would be?
Im about 18 percent I reckon.

Edit:That fecker is tenseing. Id be 15 id say.

It's about as unreliable a way of measuring as you can get.

Thing is about calipers is you need someone experienced to take the measurement.

Also, look no further than a harpenden calipers. Expensive though.
