I'm very unfit at the moment & I get an hour lunch break every day.
I am thinking of using it wisely and going for a walk.

Just wondering do any of you guys exercise during work?
    How do you keep fresh?
I guess pace yourself and perhaps keep a pack babywipes in your drawer :)

try to get out and cycle 6-10km. Not enough to work up a sweat so not an issue. I cannot wait until we finally get a shower though, running would be so much better.

Thought about that, but to be honest I can't afford it! So my two stubby legs are my gym really for the foreseeable future

I go to the gym everyday for lunch. It has the opposite effect for me. If I'm feeling tired that day then go to the gym followed by a shower, I feel fresh and awake for the rest of the working day. Mind you I do get tired in the evenings again. I just lift weights in the gym thou.

Ask your employer to install showers?
then you could cycle to work.

My boss made me change stationary suppliers as a box of 10000 staples was 1 cent cheaper.
    No way we're getting showers

Put all those 1c coins in a jar for a "shower fund"
