Can anyone send me to videos or websites that provide good tutorials on stretches I can do every day for my back and shoulders? Have very tight muscles through both, and am getting physio. She gave me stretches to do every day but honestly I have forgotten them, and she's on holidays for 2 weeks. Looking to stretch out…
