i am a bit confused about what weight I should be using for incline flys for chest exercises.
on the bench I would be doing 4x12 of 55-60kgs
    then dumbells sets using 22.5-25kg

so then onto incline flys I was using 12.5kg.

would this weight be normally this low for doing these exercises when doing such high weights for the others?

what weight would ye be using for incline flys?

Are you able to do the movement properly for all reps with 15kg's?
If not 12.5kg's are prob right.

I do dumbbell benches with at least the 40kg's and then on incline flyes I only use 12's or 15's so that's probably about right for you. It's one of those exercises where you should focus on ''feeling'' the muscle rather than just banging out the reps explosively, IMO.
