It sounds like you have a insurance claim form as opposed to a voucher, going on your earlier posts. If so, they would have no option but to go with the full price as this is what they would have quoted the insurance company, and why the insurance company gave you the amount they did. If you were then to get a discount you would be better of having your clubs robbed as you would come out ahead! They also would give a discount to the insurance company.

Anyone know what the story is with using a voucher in McGuirks over the phone ? I have a voucher and I want to use it to buy a range finder this weekend as there is 15% off all weekend . Problem is I probably wont get a chance to go there over the weekend. Just wondering if I rang them and gave them the voucher code would it be possible?
