People can get too uptight about these sort of things.

Yeah in fairness it was obviously just annoying him.

What absolute class act Pellegrini is, he stood there after losing yesterday and shook every single Liverpool players hands. Decisions went against him but there was no moaning he knew they were battered in the first half.

I despise Chelsea and that Mourinho even more and even though city have spent so much I cant dislike them they have had two classy managers in Pellegrini and Mancini.
I met Mancini once one of the nicest people I ever met in football.

I get the impression (maybe I'm wrong) that Allen is generally considered the automatic replacement for Henderson. While I'd be leaning that way too, particularly against Norwich, against Chelsea I'd probably favour Lucas starting, as long as he features next week at some stage during proceedings to get some minutes in. Any thoughts?

As long as he had it at the start of the game, I wouldn't think much on it, being honest mate.

But aren't you going to lose all the benefits of the new and improved Gerrard? Lucas does not offer more than Gerrard in the DM role and Gerrard isn't up to that pressing in the CM we require. With Sturridge out you will probably see Gerrard, Lucas and Allen in midfield with Coutinho behind Suarez and Sterling up front.

Rodgers does not trust Aspas or Moses to start.

How we got this far with such a small squad I'll never know.

Then again with 4 games to go I'd say you could play Gerrard as a striker and you would get a world class performance from him.:D

I'm not really bothered who comes in for Henderson. Both Allen and Lucas are more than capable of doing a good job.

We might need both if Sturridge is out

If you're looking at Jay Spearing, you're looking in the wrong direction. But don't worry, he'll point you towards the right way. :P

We were already the worst fans ever before you started this sh*t, what we are now doesn't even bear thinking about.

On a serious note, other fans building us up as title favourites so they can revel in it when the underdogs don't win the title is amusing.

Does anyone else get the feeling that Chelsea(John Terry in particular) might be underestimating Liverpool.

He said as much yesterday in the post match interview.

    what did he say?

That he doubted he would have to show up in his kit for a photo after the Newcastle game because we weren't going to win it.

If you can get to see the interview it just sounded a bit dismissive of Liverpool.

No I think its a fair point that they preferred Liverpool to beat City
If City won yesterday it would have been out of Chelseas hands
Where now if Chelsea win all their games they are champions
