6'6 McCoy Nugget - Tuflite Surftech build for sale or swap

Some cosmetic scratches on the paint and the usual pressure dings but otherwise still fine and going strong.
It's served me well as a go to board over the years but I've made my own copies now so I don't surf this one anymore.

Future Fins included. no leash. no bag
Looking for €300 or swap. I'm looking for an all-rounder longboard. like a fireball or similar ... or sth else interesting (just no shortboards)

I am not sure if mods will approve of this advert.

I bought this set of roof bars for a 2006 VW Golf to transport a surfboard. I thought they might be of use to someone here? But if the mods think its not suitable please feel free to remove it.

Yeah.. I would definitely check it out if it wasn't for this yuku thing. For someone who works in IT it boggles my mind how in 2014 can a website be so non user friendly to require registering for 3rd party services just to view the forum.
It just puts people off that's all.

The forum used to be hosted by forumer which was very user friendly. Unfortunately they got taken over by Yuku who migrated all the communities over to their sh*te offering. It drove a lot of users away which was a shame as it was one of those forums that was extremely successful and friendly for nearly 10 years.

As for having to register, that was a decision made due to numerous abusive posts resulting from the boards.ie spat over surf maps which shall not be discussed.

Sad to say I've decided to sell my Alan O'Riordan shaped shortboard. I love riding this board but unfortunately since the addition of a sprog to our family its not getting the attention it deserves. The dims are 6'5" x 19.5" x 2.5". It's epoxy so it has a lot of buoyancy so it would make a great first shortboard. It flies in most conditions and can handle plenty of juice.

It has a perimeter stringer which Al shaped out of strips of cedar. These give the board a ton of acceleration out of bottom turns, much more so than a standard centre stringer board. The glass job is bombproof, there isn't a single compression ding on the deck. The underside of the board has a mahogany veneer which will do absolutely nothing for your surfing but will turn a few heads in the carpark ;)

Everything on the board is handshaped, Al cuts the blank out a block of foam with a hotwire so a huge amount of work went into it. I'm selling it with a set of stock future fins. I'm looking for €375 and not open to offers as it cost more than twice that. Pics can be seen here. I've added a Da Kine tailpad since the pics were taken.
PM me if you are interested, I am based in Kerry.

PM me for images and links, cheers.
