yes yes I know its the daily mail but serious question can a woman rape a man?

I know she could force him to so certain sexual acts but I think serious stage fright would kick in despite if she actually looked like angelia jolie (which in this article she clearly does not!)

Unless penetrating him with an object is considered rape, no.

Being penetrated (with a penis) against a person's will is the act of rape

Of course a woman can rape a man. Any one that says it can't happen is pretty crazy. Though was it not true that for a long time in this country it was said that it wasn't rape if the man being raped had an erection.

Completely ignoring the fact that she raped somebody or even that she threatened them at knifepoint, she also stabbed them, the fact that she received a suspended sentence is just batsh*t.

If she ties him up and he says no, even if he has an erection, it's rape.

The fact that some part of his body wants it does not prevent him from saying "no". His erection is an autonomic process, it is not a representation of his best judgement.

There are any number of ways that men can get erections.

And think about it. You know about "morning wood", right? Well, if she jumped on him then and he said "no" that is rape.

I have argued in the past that the law could be interpreted to mean that involuntary penetration by a man could be considered rape, but apparently the courts take a different tack, and a woman cannot legally be charged with rape against a man, in Ireland.

Which reflects a common attitude which considers rape to be something only men are capable of, whereas women only commit the lesser crime of sexual assault, and rarely at that.

now the mechanics of it, nah I'm not sure its physically possible to force a man into an erection if the laws were changed anyways, hard to know really (no pun intended)
