Sky on the ground this morning. As much dew on ground as if it's pouring rain.
But, can see the sun peeking through so hopefully cloud will burn off and the 14c forecast for later will come.

Ah come on its not that bad?
Theres no need for all the pessimism.
Its no where near as bad as last year. At least grass is starting to get going now.
And there is silage around which there wasn't last year
this time last year there where no buds on trees , everywhere looked dead, this year is 1 million times better than last year, hate pessimistic posters think they should be banned-thats not aimed at you greengrass. Grand here this morning, misty, was up at 1 calving a cow, it was drizzling and not cold

Jack would be doing us all a favour if he planted the whole place, then went off to moan in the forestry thread instead! Anyways you need to stop feeding the troll!

Sun has been in and out all morning, it's shining at the moment and is a lovely day outside, wonder how long it will last.

That's a Toyota Avensis, 1.6 petrol. Mm if you were doing a lot of straight runs on N roads or taking it easy on motorway she's good, not so good short rural trips or in city.

Raining steadily since about midday. Cloud was sitting on the ground all morning before that. Rained a lot last night at some stage. ESB lads arrived to change a few poles. Digger lad reports that repairing the tracks he makes is taking a lot more time than planting the poles, lately. Heading out again now to rescue triplets born earlier. Mother is a looper who hates humans, and meal. Hope she likes them enough to follow them.......
