aaaand we are back to flogging this dead horse again.

op the advice will remain unchanged. sort your diet out, exercise more.

the advice is like this for several reasons
    1. we are not doctors and have not examined your case so we can only offer this advice
    2. this is not the place to ask for or receive medical advice. go to your doctor they will tell you what to do
    3. if a qualified medical doctor who has examined your case and told you what to do and you have ignored their advice what makes you think strangers on the internet will care
    4. we are not allowed to offer medical advice according to the rules of the website

having said that i can offer one bit of advice: sort your diet out

    Yes . . . good advice . . .

Anyway at least i have an answer now. They said probably the brain and the heart were'nt talking to each other properly. The heart said TOO low and the brain heard too high.

Begs the question, is low blood pressure if it is just slight, better for your health?

    whats your diet now?

A belief in gender identity involves a level of faith as there is nothing tangible to prove its existence which, as something divorced from the physical body, is similar to the idea of a soul. - Colette Colfer

If I went to my GP with a pain in my rear end I could guarantee you that he would take my BP before looking at anything else
So I don't understand how you had blood tests for all manner of things but no one noticed that you had low BP
    Change your GP.

Sold 3 meals a day and try to include as much veg and still reduce sugar as much as possible. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. If im eating out go for the healthier option. Eat eggs now and take Cod liver oil suppliments which i didnt use to do. Found how to cook brocolli properly so i have loads more on my plate.

I read that slightly low blood pressure (maybe higher than mine) is better for kidneys and heart.

Yes i agree. In fairness they tried everything i was worried about first and then suggested i was stressed at work and home with 2 young kids at home and just normal getting older stuff.

I knew something wasnt right though. Most of my friends have worse diets than me but dont yawn their way through the day etc.
