Fitness classes at 4pm or 4:30pm near Blanch or Ashbourne??

    Does anyone know of any fitness classes, circuits, spinning, etc., near Blanchardstown or Ashbourne that start around 4:00pm or 4:30pm. That's the time I finish work in Blanchardstown. Everywhere seems to start at 5:30pm.
    I'd rather not go down the person trainer route simply because it costs too much.

    No, unfortunately all classes start at 5:30. My work hours are flexible but I really like starting (and finishing) early!

    Stringer Fitness in Ashbourne do classes. Not sure of timetable though.
