    My mother has carbolic soap. She buys it because she was in an institution when she was a child and reminds her of it. She hated every second there so not sure why she wants to be reminded of mean nuns and priests!

    Ill never buy bar soap. Liquid all the way for me.

    no not female
    cut throat is a great shave, i was nervous as hell the first couple of times but its great with imperial leather soap, and the same brand of talc after the shower

    I have really greasy hair and if I wash it everyday it makes it worse. So I stopped washing it every day and on the second day I use baby powder/talc to make it look less oily. I prefer it to dry shampoo.

    Talc doesn't seem to be as popular anymore....I noticed it's banned in the swimming pool changing rooms at home??? :confused: No idea why??? Something to do with asthmatics??

    I think it's banned because of the mess caused by over enthusiastic use.

    Back in the day when it contained arsenic and/or asbestos it was carcinogenic, the stuff around now isn't.

    I use talc during the summer on my boobs. Big boobs can get, er, sweaty during the summer and putting on talc after a shower and before the bra goes on keeps them nice and dry and fresh.
