    Hi All

Im looking at joining the Ben Dunne Gym in Blanchardstown near the end of the month. Can anybody recommend a good personal trainer?

Ive read that Ben Dunne gyms have personal trainers for €25.00 an hour but can anybody confirm what kind of advice or training is offered?

My experience in previous gyms is that the personal trainers working there usually just have a brief knowledge of how the equipment should be used.

Im looking to find someone who has a strong knowledge of body building and can guide me exactly as to what kind of exercises i should be doing, what order, weight and sets etc.

Im 5"5, just over 9 stone with a small bit of belly fat. Im looking to bulk up and lose the belly fat.

Currently, i have about 5 meals a day at roughly 600 calories each meal. Two such meals, come from shakes and the rest from, Tuna and oatmeal, chicken and rice or Steak and rice.

Also i would be going to the gym before work so i will get there for 6:30 when it opens. Can anybody advise if west point is busy at that hour?

I used to be in the Ben Dunne gym in santry and found it of little use as it would be packed when went in the evenings
