It's still there. In the middle of the bumper.

It seems to be off center and tilted.

Looks very good, don't see that version of the Accord around much.

Reasonably priced too... but unfortunately an automatic.

T'would be a cracking motor for a Surfer. You could chase the swells up and down the coast and sleep in the back of it at night.

so true. Added to that almost un-noticeable gap between the door and rear arch. Designing, at its best.

Just to be Devils advocate.. I always felt it took away from the symmetricity of the side view of the car.. if that makes any sense..
Nice looking car no question, but I always considered the hidden handle to be a bit gimmiky though..

    Couldn't disagree more :)

All small cars look terrible with 4 doors* and anything to "hide" the back doors is great imho :)

    *no exceptions!

The thing is though, it doesn't hide the backdoors, they are still perfectly visable. That's a good thing though imo because that car wouldn't look nice at all as a two door.

If only they could of hidden the handles on the front doors as well, as they look out of place beside the clean profile of the backdoors imo.

    I prefer 2-door coupe's or hatchback's in general. :)

But at the same time having a 4-door wouldn't bother me. I had a 4-door Bora and I loved it.

You're right, its not the best but its got a small few refinements for a 94 car, and with all that tax and test its just a bloody bargain.

    Nice Tipo

Low mileage and 1.4 for a little box - not too bad. Perfect as a temporary or a backup car. Who knows, maybe you'll end up liking and keep it. :P

Those Tipo's are great fun to drive around in, rev happy.
I think those are either 75 or 80bph.
Test/tax and half a tank of juice... the car is practically free

You'd nearly feel bad trying to knock €50 off the price of that Tipo :)

If I'm correct as well, you could insert the Fiat Uno turbo engine into the Tipo no bother (if you could find the engine) as the 1.4 engine is based upon the turbo version just with no downpipe section for the turbo.

afik the GT version was only a 2l 8 valve but I think they did get the awesome 80s LCD dash to compensate for the lack of valves:p

& unkel I think the 5drs look grand in the dark colours myself.

&bear this tipo 1.4i engine was a popular conversion into the racing Unos for that class at mondello etc:D

im sure putting the turbo engine in to this stock Tipo would be loads of fun and a great sleeper
