Can someone explain how Dustin got that drop from deep in the bushes?

As I have just been asking.... no one has any information about it. Nothing on twitter etc. Absolutely shocking. As I said - he may have attempted to play it left handed so that his stance would then be on the car path but it looked like he could have chipped it out right handed so that should not have been an option for free relief.

    great shot Rory

Despite the struggles today.....he's at +2 for the day and has actually moved up the leaderboard.....the course is definitely winning

Hard to believe his rewarded Johnson was there on 12 after his ball was dead off the tee

They said there now it was because it is a 'plantation' and they wanted to preserve it. I assume it's the same as a staked tree for us.

Then his free drop would have been on the car path so he got further relief out from that.

Not at all fair as you would see the game to be played but thems the rules!!

and the difference between the pros and most amateurs is that a lot of the time, amateurs could use the rules to their advantage (like dusty did here) but just aren't familiar enough with them to do so. rules aren't always there to punish.

Through the green and into the water.

Already 103 balls in the water through only 2 rounds. Madness.

There's some very poor golf being played today and the wind can't be blamed for it all.

loving the ads in the US, car insurance and ED drugs. Man can you imagine an irish version of ED drugs on tv. Jackie Healy Rae would be the face of it. Thankfully only the face. On back on topic.
