Still find it very hard to imagine he can get his bets on in his name, I assume he has people doing it

just got this to post on here

    Hi xxxxx
Just been reading the thread on boards.ie and I thought I would fill in a few gaps for the guys following,

    1. No tipping service will follow from this thread,
the extra pressure of running this thread, if I bet score extra on each selection it would cover the costs.

    2. Only agreed to start this thread cos old Del roy was stuck in the old ages of bookmaking and would have bet his life you cannot beat the book.

    3. I am not willing to go into my betting selections or patterns into to much detail but I do believe it may have a lot to do
with confidence in your selections and gut feeling.

    Wtf....Gut feeling.

Yes I am sorry to tell you all that's what it is.
I know no trainers no jocks and certainly know no owner's.

    Pure guess work.

Please do not gamble more than you can afford to lose.

FFs (del roy) there was I thinking I could retire A lucky pin job

Cheltenham Champion Hurdle. Jezski 2pts e/w 9/1 nrnb
Cheltenham bumper. Royal Vacation 1/2pt e/w 40/1 nrnb
Cheltenham Jlt novice chase thursday. Double Ross 1pt e/w 14/1 nrnb

Another two tomorrow and they are his only bets for Cheltenham.

Cheltenham aside I thought he might have had a point or two e/w on Gyspy rider in the 2.30 at lingfield as I thought it was given a terrible ride when we backed it the last time it ran.

Sorry lads I made a mistake, I thought the jlt was the jewson,
It's the novice race on Thursday.

Hi just browsing and came across this thread. I dont do betting,

    What is a point?

    What does nrnb mean?

Is it worth starting betting due to these tips? I could risk €50 next week.

Just read bank 100 points at start so I guess its "virtual" money?

    Whats the balance today?

A point is a stake a punter uses but it differs to each person

E.g you fancy a horse and you use 1-5 points depending on your confidence. Say for example you use 10 euro per point

2 point win at 10/1 is 20 euro

The more points the higher the stake and confidence

nrnb is non runner no bet. It means if you back a horse for Cheltenham nrnb and it doesn't run you get your money back

    These results are exceptionally good.

Do not want anyone to miss the change.

Also there is a bet tomorrow as the race has cut up and the kid was not expecting a small field.

    5.05. Milans well. 3pts win. 5/1

No it ain't virtual for me, you think I would go through all this for pretend bets.

ok I have signed up to bet365 just now, 70 deposited, 70 bonus.

Put 20 to win on Milans well as a tester at 9/2, and 10 ew on Royal vacation at 50/1.

Will bet the rest tomorrow all on these tips

    Wish me luck !!!!

Just think about your staking. The results recently have been incredible, but they've been too good. It won't always be like this when you're backing horses at decent prices. Essentially you've started with a bank of 7 points and put 2 on Milans well. I hope I'm wrong, but the likelihood is that staking like that will end up with you loosing that €70.

That basically means you have to strike €420 worth of bets before you can withdraw winnings from bets made from your free bet.

Oh I get the points bit now, thanks, so the bank here was maybe €100 = 100 points so 3 points on milans well = €3 bet.

Yip so I went too much, equivalent to 20 points:o

    oh well live and learn.

It's €100 per point in this case ; if I remember correctly

If you know the name of the guy that gives the selections please do not name him on this thread or the thread will finish straight away.

Sorry I forgot to say I started with €20 per point and raised it to €40 however I was winning over €1500 when I raised it.

Look folks, its early days yet but as someone said earlier in the thread,

the kid is doing what he said he can do, (but we are only half way) ;)

When you have lost the €70 then close the account my son.
Internet betting is an unsociable and sad waste of money. If you have no interest in horse racing-and it would appear that you don't-then maybe you should have some of the novelty bets that are available. You could have a bet on the next pope or who might win the voice of Ireland. God be with the days when the bookie shop was for horse and greyhound betting now they are infested with fellas going eeeney meeeney miney mo on whether they will bet on Crewe Alexandria or Rochdale, or worse again betting on virtual horses FFS!

Thats some bad advise,do not bet on next pope or novelty bets ,you are throwing money away!
If you dont want to bet then withdraw simple!
