I have even heard a few who have met him call him normal. The most recent one being Vanessa Hudgens.

Well that shouldn't be too surprising though. He was certainly savvy anyway, buying the beatles back catalogue. Cute hoor....

He was definitely a very very strange man but I don't believe he was a pedophile. He was incredibly famous from the age of 6 or something so he never really had a proper childhood or time to develope into an adult like a normal human. I listen to his music quite a bit, he really was one of a kind in terms of talent. Its a real shame he had such a tragic life. Fame from a young age seems to do that to people though, just look at Justin Bieber.

He even was set to buy Marvel Comics but then the court case came.

MJ (not 100% word for word): "We could easily go to Universal and buy, we could own Jaws, ET, Close Encounters, you know all the classics from Universal and own all of that stuff and that would allow us to do a Universal, I mean a channel, a Marvel channel with the Marvel characters but Marvel films like the catalog. We can do anything we want to do like restaurants to retail, theme parks."

It didn't stop with The Beatles. The Estate of Micheal Jackson owns 50% of Sony/ATV Music Publishing, which owns the copyright to more than 2,000,000 songs.

It includes many well known artists such as 50 Cent, Eminem, Beyonce, The Black Eyed Peas, Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, George Michael, James Brown, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga, Neil Diamond, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Tom Jones, Whitney Houston and Will Smith.

    he was a genius musician
a child star with a phenomenal talent who got world famous at about 8 and kept getting more famous
he was exploited by thousands of people, the press especially and the fmailies who used him, took his endless gifts and then when the gifts stopped they sued him retrospectively
he was found innocent of everythoing so as far as Im concerned hes not guilty of being a pedophile
weird yes, bizarre yes, possibly unstable yes

BUT I can honestly say 90% of the people I meet or see on tv make less sense than so called whacko jacko
he was a compassionate warm person, he did loads for charities, donated millions, raised millions and awareness for green issues ...he kids also seemed to love him deeply
his earlier work was phenomenal and he created with quincy jones and others the biggets selling music of all time

    what do you do lately?

    what did I do?

the man entertained billions and brought an enormous amount of good to the world. frankly the way he ended up was a reflection of society in many respects and how we obsess and hound people. id say his biggest mistake was beliving too much of his own hype, losing what was really great which was the music and not the image, losing contact with his family and surrounding himself with yes men

by the way given a choice between acko and martin bashir, who is a 24 carrot scumbag, jackson did a lot more good for the world that that gutter snipe

I was always under the impression he was broke or at least in huge debt, that's the story the papers would pedal anyway.

I was never a fan of his so don't know too much about him but he seems like an enigma.

Was his home built Funderland there to attract kids to him and feed his dark side or was he fulfilling the childhood he lost by building it, why did he buy the Beatles back catalogue, why are there conspiracies about him now???

Reading YouTube comments under his videos is a complete mind****.

    For financial gain presumably.

Was he as naïve as he seemed or was that a persona?

more london tablids lies...his beatles catalogue was and is worth over a billion. he could make millions any time he liked, just by turning up on tv to do anything. he was the single biggest superstar on the planet, period.
