Don't forget the most important part.

Duh, how could I forget the cake part!

My fiancé (tee hee hee, it feels so weird typing that!) is having a heart attack because I'm choosing possible venues on the basis of their wedding menus. No beef or salmon for me, I'm thinking more like lamb and monkfish :pac:.

OMG I loved choosing the grub for our wedding, it was one of my favourite parts.

These are what we had for our wedding cakes.....people still talking about them :)

Congratulations. Could never figure out why exactly I got married but I've not regretted it for a second.
Lamb and sea bass is the new beef and salmon ;-)

I have mozzarella stuffed meatballs resting in the fridge.

I hope hope hope they stay together.

Going to cook them in red wine tomato and basil sauce.

    So excited.

You'll probably need to fry them first before you put them in the sauce if you want them to stay together.

I would urge you to try white wine instead.

I am cooking a big pot of goulash using the Hungarian paprika that was so kindly gifted to me by boardsie Mrs Fox.

Just took a big mouthful of the cooking liquid to check for seasoning... holy crap that paprika is HOT! Might have to eat the goulash with some natural yogurt to cool it down a bit!

I always have it with sour cream.
