I'm sure they will have allowed for that by asking 5,000.

Although if you're in the top 5000 you'd be foolish not to so id imagine that number will be quite low.

batch 2 will be called I'd say, guts of a thousand going to be recruited over 3 years. Not every brain box in batch 1 will have a good personality or will be suitable, the standard will be higher in interview than before. I can see big numbers culled in interview. They will need batch two, if they didn't why would they bother making 3 batches?? They know there will be and there is people in batch two who would be better gards than some in batch one, they will want to indulge believe me, it's not all about getting high in verbal and analytical reasoning. In my opinion batch two is there to be used and batch 3 is a fail safe
