look at her contract, if it specifies 9 months, from Sept to end of May (or whatever) then it would be inclusive. Is it a private landlord? Private landlords usually get their hearts broke with problems in January. either student has no money, or has been on the lash since sept. and failed first year exams, drops out and then the others sharing cannot find a replacement to spread the cost, and all decamp to some other house. So the private individual will stick to the contract.

Probably would but slows down the milking and puts me under pressure. Tonight i stripped all of them, and thats how I found the 3cows. During the year when things are going smoothly there is no need in my view, its as soon as I see cruds on the filter that I jump in and strip all the cows, I probably should have sooner this time I'll admit, like ya said when the scc started rising. Its up in the 500s at the sec, that was with mastitis getting into the tank though.

We strip a quarter a milking here, find it adds very little time and everything is being checked regularly.

Out of interest, do you cull the "usual suspects" at the end of the lactation? What % of the milkers do they constitute?

Oil line is air locked Greengrass blow back from the bowl until all oil is out of the line and let it flow back it should come to the bowl. The problem with older systems is a low point comes in the line from the tank to the cooker.

I just dropped the butter dish into one of my mother's vases. Now I've no butter, broke the butter dish and broke a good vase.

I won't be let into the house today

That's bad turf so. You want black turf. It burns like coal. I'd say you have brown turf there

Good man Reggie. Someone that knows good turf. We've had turf over the years and you'd have to be careful not to warp the range with the heat off it.

Burning Furze??!! Each to their own, but they'd never see the inside of the house here! I remember years ago we had hedges of them here. Oul lad set a match to them, l'd say biddy would have seen the smoke!! Digger in and pulled out the roots.

Not at all. I've just learned over the last few days you that never take on an angry or tired woman. Anyways it's known as a tactical withdrawal :D
