There was a mention of a persons eligabilty the other day, not sure it it applied to the summer or winter games, where if someone claiming citizenship, it was alright as long as they were not replacing someone else, who may have been inferior.

My god how bad a PR disaster is this for Russia, Stadium half full, facilities a complete joke and not even finished, spent over 30 billion and facilities still terrible, the entire attention they have brought onto their awful human rights situation and treatment of homosexuals. Fair to Say Russia have got this badly badly wrong it has nothing on London 2012.
