    In fairness, boards aren't pushing it, and I believe earlier links and information on how to install the app have been removed.

    It is a deadly app though. Stream direct to xbox from the phone in Dvd quality. Watched the life of Pi last night.

    Highly recommended ;)

    Then use Twonky Beam (or any other). Open the video with Beam and just select your PS3 on the media server list.

    Any way too get rid of the black space on top and bottom of the picture?

    Anybody care to help me get this sorted out to stream to ps3? I have downloaded Twonky beam, when I try to beam the video it says no device can be found on the wifi network.

    For streaming, skifta is dead handy. The only issue I've ever encountered with it is streaming from PC to phone when the file I was playing had subtitles (didn't play them). Other than that, brilliant app.

    Well I just stream via my stock video player. But Twonky will do the job.

    Careful when streaming though..... My mate sent me a link by email of, eh let's just say 'an erotic nature' and when I clicked on the video, it automatically went to start streaming to my smart TV in the bedroom that the kids were watching frozen on.

    Yeah. That could have been extremely awkward. :o

    No, streamed straight from showbox (a different app at the time).

    You've to mess about with the settings on the PS3 a bit. I can't remember specifically which ones. It is not 100% straightforward, you will need a guide to do it. I found one on Youtube a while back for a friend and set it up for him, I don't even own a PS3.

    I will have a look for the video but I wouldnt hold your breath for it. There are cheap alternatives circa 15e that will allow you to throw it on your TV if you cannot work it out. Alternatively, just download what you want.

    I've been looking into this but the conclusion I have come to is that this has been disabled on the PS3 by Sony.

    Yep, got 8 earlier.. and since, it's been nothing but 0/1/2.

    Did find the trick is to stay low when approaching pipes.. you'd be more inclined to stay relatively central to get through, but stay low and only tap when very close to pipe to get through.
