2 shot, 1 dead, for texting in a Florida cinema

Shooting's a bit much (okay way too much), but if I ran a cinema I'd have a blender in the lobby for texter's phones to be chucked into.

Annoying, inconsiderate, narcissistic behavior. I run into these people so often in the cinema that I usually have to move down near the front. :mad:

It's a culturally entrenched thing with it's roots in the Wild West era. Anyone who didn't have a gun in that lawless society wasn't likely to live long.

Big country, disorganised government, little organised legal recourse, little deterrent and massive poverty with zero social supports comprised the backdrop against which citizens rights to bear arms were enshrined. The US is a young country, it isn't shaking off the shackles of that beginning anytime soon, mores the pity.
