Just wondering can anybody tell me if a threadmill is much good for you. My gym membership is nearly up and my lift is not joining back so it's a good 30 min walk which is putting me off joining back up. I mainly done cardio in the gym as i am into keeping fit and not really into bulking up. My main goal is to lose the final 10 pounds to get into what my ideal weight should be. I am just wondering if just a threadmill is much good for losing weight along with if i bought dumbells.

Jog to the gym. Ask if you can go in for free, then jog back home when they say 'no.

    Repeat ad nauseum.;)
