    59 mins on the scoreboard is in the 60th min as 0.00-0.59 secs is the 1st minute. He was subbed off in the 60th minute but whether he completed 60mins is a fine line due to the time it took to leave the field.

    Fairly sure I've seen substitutions be changed after the board has been put up (when an injury to another players becomes known so they change the sub) so probably you aren't actually definitively out of the game until the time you leave the pitch.

    That would be incorrect way of doing the statistics. Substitution cannot happen before the player leaves the field

    He listened! Up to 7 with the whole defense now. Hopefully that holds and they don't upgrade anyone.
