    Not so much the act of buying from externals, but last time I signed a handful of players, I was honest that it wasn't to improve my first 11 and they'd likely be sold on asap. And someone complained that, as a big team, I shouldn't necessarily be taking the better players from the externals when lower teams find it so hard to get better players.

    As long as Bremen have the funds to cover the 5.8m I don't have a problem with putting you in the hat if no one else objects?

    Yep they have 17m so can easily cover it. Hopefully seeing as I had a bid with Basel anyway the others are cool with it. Would have been accepted by Mac for Bremen last night but I wasn't online :(

    My spending has almost come to an end.. Brought a few first team replacements so far and quite a number of youngsters as investments that I hope will pay off. ;)

    Hoping to bring in an 89+ forward if possible. Other than that, a LB rated higher than 86 and I'll be content for now.

    I personally think I did pretty well! :)

    The offer for Cirino MARCELO of Atlético Paranaense from Tottenham Hotspur has been accepted. The transfer will be completed within the next 24 hours.

    Same as the other Brazilian last night, one for the future. Read about him in an article about Brazilian kids who could make it big some day, so threw in a bid. Fingers crossed now :)

    I bid as well. I didn't want to but once someone else made a bid I decided to make a max bid, if he's going to be bought it might as well be by me for his market value instead of going somewhere else for 8million.
