Sexism ?

Why do Women with power get such a hard time? Reading some stuff about Thatcher earlier and some of the comments are so harsh towards it.
I mean I know she was pure evil in it's purest form and she is burning in hell right now but Angela seems to get the same treatment. She gets an awful amount of undeserved abuse.
I've seen it in work though too, a horrible attitude by men and even some women to anyone woman who becomes their superior.
Women tend to achieve less crime if you look at the stats but people seem to love slagging any woman who achieves success.
Even that poor Canadian girl Liah got a hard time on boards and another poster who's name I won't mention. I used to have a fromspring account and got awful abuse on there.
Do other people notice this attitude that seems to be acceptable?
Is it more common in Ireland than other parts of the world such as France?

I am a woman and watching Angela Merkel go bananas when Germany scored a goal against Greece in Euro 2012 pissed me off, not because she is a woman but considering events as the time it was ill advised for a political figure. Angela did herself no favours that night.

Well I'm not trying to say Hitler wasn't bad but I think people over exaggerate about him. He was evil too before people accuse me of being a Hitler fan

Well that's more issues for yourself there to work out. There is nothing wrong with her being happy to see Germany win. Germans are probably the best people on the planet (I know Japanese are there too). People joke about this, but we all know that Germans are incredible amazing people.

Terrible example aside anyway, anyone who is assertive or dominant and doesn't bend easily to the will of other people is always going to have their critics. I wouldn't call it sexism as it applies equally to men.

So, to sum up, Margaret Thatcher was evil in it's purest form, and while Hitler was a bad man, people exaggerate about the extent.

Hitler, was an elected man you need to remember!
If it wasn't for Hitler, there is a very real chance I wouldn't be alive today. That's a fact. He achieved great things for medical science. This is a bloody fact that people try not to accept. It's factual!

Eh, Thatcher was elected...Hitler was appointed chancellor by Hinderburg and used the apparent communist attack on the Reichstag to gain power.

As for the rest, the contribution of the Nazis to medical science is considered exaggerated and it has to be considered that any gains garnered by murder and torture have the result of sending civilisation into reverse, not forwards.

An insight into the human bodies response to hypothermia (for example) must be considered against the backdrop of freezing human beings to death to gain it. It's a net no-no of a result.

These are not 'great things'.
