I would imagine you be best sticking with them in the future then.

Your Order has been outstanding approx 5 working days and you get all hot and bothered about it. Talk about first world problems. When I was ordering on the 24th it specifically said we aim to deliver within 5 working days except at busy periods such as Christmas.

    26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th.

Some of those are semi-valid but how in under-god is the 27th a holiday?

Besides, do you think Amazon or Debenhams or M&S's warehouses/bosses would use that rationale?

26th was not a working day for he dunnes group.
Stores opened on the 27th, same as the dispatch centre.
28th and 29th were Saturday and Sunday so centre and delivery contractors did not work. Monday was open day, same as Tuesday. New Year's Day was BH so closed.

    2nd January open
    3rd January open.

That brings us to today the 4th January with a grand total of 3-4 working days.
You need to align yourself with the truth.

You pair need to have a meeting with Margaret to get your stories straight.
I'd like to see transparency instead of complacency and 'aaah-shure-begorrah, Irish shop-operators are only amateurs'.
