What's the ref wearing on his head? Some sort of camera?

Noticed that myself. Wonder if its something for the 3D that Sky are doing tonight?

Delighted that Mardle is off doing the 3D commentary :pac:

His commentary is probably not going to help uptake of the new technology.

Would certainly have expected better from the semi final crowd

On the other hand, goooooooo Wright

    snakebite not fazed yet

Whitlock looks pumped after that set. He's been getting better as the match has gone on and Wright slightly off the boil although he does have a two set lead. Might start looking over his shoulder now. If I was a betting man I'd put in on Whitlock right now.

    Wright is a cool customer.
    Not in awe at all.

I don't want anyone in a pdc final who doesn't get an average of at least 100 over at least a 9 set match in the semi

I'm a fussy man but an honourable one, don't mock me

I dunno who is struggling more Whitlock or John Part

John Part's commentary makes the presentation of the darts bearable for once.

Cant see a way back for Withlock now

Does anyone else think Whitlock just throws his darts very awkwardly.. like he just fecks them at the board with an intense stare - I think if he took a bit more time he'd do a lot better!

I thought he was getting a little bit going when he started throwing with a bit more pace. However you want to sum up his style, it's done fairly well for him overall. Tonight, it's just not happening for him while Wright has all the form.

I must be well out of the darts loop, never seen this Wright fella before :pac:

Like his demeanor though, seems like a cool customer.

We can only hope that Wright takes at least this form into the final, because he will need to. Hope he doesn't do a Hamilton and be annoyingly consistent all the way through, only to deflate in the final and give us a one-sided game.
