Watching Chelsea game, Suarez pulled it back, not a shot and it hit of Ivanovic. Should not be an assist,but but may end up given if they have it on already.

I don't think that is a very accurate description to be honest, it's difficult to see what exactly happened, it certainly hit off both Ivan and Suarez, he was certainly trying to score, the assist has to be given and surely it'll stay.

What do you mean by "pulled it back" FHFC?

As someone who (obviously) had Suarez I find it hard to imagine the assist will stand. I know the rules about assists but I doubt it'll stand. If assists will be handed out for that then Oscar's severely deflected pass to Hazard should count as an assist.

There's a difference between a deflected "shot" and a deflected pass I believe as stated by the rules about rebounds and the paragraph just above it. A lot of confusion either way.
