If hurricane whateveryacallher wasn't here today I'd have taken the kayak out.

Yesterday was a great day for that, before the wind. I got out to sea for an hour and it was lovely!

Looks like we have a outbreak of ringworm on our hands guy's.
    Can you vaccinate against it?
What can you use to treat infected calves?
    Tryed iodine spray today.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,408 ✭✭✭bbam

Imravol was is quicker but significantly more expensive. €20 will make a litre of wash.

We found that the iodine spray works well but it just takes longer, and way cheaper.

I'd say burnt oil but I can hear echoes of LC from the other side of the globe.

Normally spray waste oil on them.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GLOVES ON, I LOST MY HAIR WHEN I WAS YOUNG FROM RINGWORM. whatever used to be in waste oil that kills the ringworm is not in it anymore, there is a spray imavorol(sp) you can get it in your vets

I don't see any chain tensioner so that would be a cause of concern, maybe the driven spindle is on slots and can be moved out as the chain stretches?

old voodoo trick in these parts is to put holly up in the sheds and as the holly dies so does the ringworm

have a load of 8x4x4 bales of straw coming in am, they seem to be good value when you compare to 4x4s, or am i the only one that thinks that, know couple of lads that get nothing but big sq.s and they are the type of lads that have everything worked out to a T, always got 4x4s here so bit of a change
