What an evening/night/morning, non-stop breath stopping flying for the last 12 hrs on frequency and FR24 ;) I need sleep but might miss another interesting APP.
EI136 just topped it off there nicely.

What's the story with QY2403? Is that coming into Dublin?

That a DHL cargo coming into land in DUB ? Was wondering what he was doing with the rather curious hold pattern just off Balbriggan !

    And he's down too.

I do love hearing them. So assured and in control :D (not to detract from anyone else, but they have a unique success with this :P)

Indeed ! Though it was in a closer direction to my house so I'd like to think the Pilot was just going above and beyond to get my late xmas shopping/gifts to myself to me in a super timely manner :p

Haven't heard a thing - just following his track. He's gone way south.

Yeah something was cleared to land before that though; I guess I must have got the Delta part wrong though.

They are well used to worse weather than this. They will do fine.

I think Cardiff and Bristol might run for the hills (valleys?) if they saw him coming

Ok you might be onto something with the American :P Would he even need to contact DUB if he was to divert beforehand and miss them completely?

At current heading I guess AAL290 is going to Heathrow or Gatwick? Most strange to bypass DUB though?
