Mulhuddart's old school gone

I was driving past Mulhuddart's old school today and its demolished, and the site is cleared so it looks like we will have our new ALDI in a couple of months!

These two are for sale now and St. Martins (the one behind/left of Aldi) has just been withdrawn lately. St. Martins asking price went up to €1,500,000 during the boom and then back down to €450,000 with the crash.

All being sold in one go now ... Property description: 1 acre site, located beside ALDI supermarket mulhuddart village, with 4 houses

Savage money at the peak but no one bought then. Good location lots of residential around so I'd say another business site if someone bites.
