Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Something for the under fives. Well, most of us would do almost anything to try and make money and so I forgive them, by the way does anyone like this, it seems to have been a big hit on the internet!

Samantha Mumba's version of "All I Want For Xmas Is You"-because I laugh every time I hear it...

And this excellent instrumental of The Carol Of The Bells-just listen to the harmonies...

An easy enough one to sing at a family gathering! I think you need to put more energy into it than Elvis did.

An Irish language song which I sang as a kid at a school xmas concert over 20 years ago, named "Fadó,Fadó".

Unfortunately, tis nowhere to be seen on the internet, and these are the only lines I can remember:

    "Gaoth bhog ag seoladh
    Trí crainn ológ
    Timpeall ar Bheithil
    Fadó fadó
    Caoirigh ar leirig sliabh
    Faoi gealach óir
    Aoirí ag faire ann
    Fadó,fadó."

As regards Christmas Carols, O Holy Night is my favourite (like a lot of people on this thread).

Christmas songs - I love so many of them but I really love "Driving Home for Christmas" by Chris Rea - always makes me feel very festive, especially when it comes on the radio when you are actually driving home for Christmas! :pac:
