Had that last season for weeks with Van Persie. Went on him every week and when he didnt score. my bets were voided.
After a few weeks i went on any time, 2 or more and hat trick.
Was nice betting that way. Unfortunately it was when he had his dry spell in march/april (iirc)

But they did find out at 1 point and it stopped. Never corrected the wrong voids i had before the last time when they found out though.

One for tomorrow, Fredy Montero (Sporting Lisbon) AT 11/10 Bet365

    Has 9 in 10 games 2,1,1,1,1,3

Playing second from bottom at home, hasn't scored in 4 games (Porto,Maritimo,Benfica,Victoria Guimaraes) though but seems perfect opportunity to get back on the score sheet.

inforfun you got any bets from Holland Beloften?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,351 ✭✭✭magherakid

Sorry for the noob question but what is an Asian Handicap?

    The 0 Asian Handicap

This occurs when the likelihood of either team winning is fairy level. Here you are really betting without the draw being an option. You win if your selected team wins. If it is a draw, your stake is returned.

    The 1 Asian Handicap

If you choose the -1 handicapped selection, your team needs to win by at least 2 clear goals for your bet to win. If your team only wins by one goal then the stake is refunded.

If you select the team who has a one goal lead (+1) then you win if they win or draw. If your team lose by just one goal then stake is refunded. This is a good bet if you fancy an underdog to get a result. Even if you are wrong, if they can limit the defeat to just one goal then you don't lose.

    The 1.5 Asian Handicap

Here, if you bet the -1.5 handicapped team you win if the team wins the match by two or more goals.

If you select the team which has a start (+1.5) then you win if the team wins or draws. You also win if it loses by one goal!

    Double Handicap 0, 0.5

This is also known as the level half Asian handicap and could be referred to as -0.25 (0,-0.5)and +0.25 (0,0.5)

If you bet on the team which is 0, -0.5 on the handicap then you win if the team wins by one goal or more. If it draws you lose 50 per cent of your stake. The other half of the stake is returned. Returning of the stake when your bet or part of your bet equals the handicap is also known as a push.

If you select the opposition 0, +0.5 then you win if the team wins the match. If it draws, half your stake is returned and half is a winner at the odds taken.

The Double Asian Handicap 0.5, 1

If you select the (-0.5, -1) handicapped team, also could be referred to as -0.75 then you win if the team wins the match by two or more goals. If it wins by one goal, half your stake is returned and half is a winner at the odds taken.

If you select the opposition (+0.5, +1) team, could also be known as +0.75 then you win if the team wins or draws the match. If it loses by one goal, you lose 50 per cent of the amount staked

Thansk for that, made the bet365 account this morning and was a bit confused :P

    Not yet.
Couple of them on the radar when i had a quick look last night.
Unfortunately, bet365 didnt do what they did last week, have alternative goal lines up before kick off.

Dumping this here because research is rather limited to just looking at league standings and goals scored/conceded away and at home.

    Belgians first:

All the home teams have the averages to make this line when playing at home, same goes for the away teams:

    1 Over 4.0 Gent U21 v Oud-Heverlee Leuven U21
(Goal Line) 02/12/2013 None 1.85 To Run
    2 Over 3.5 KV Mechelen U21 v Zulte Waregem U21
(Goal Line) 02/12/2013 None 1.80 To Run
    3 Over 3.0,3.5 Lierse SK U21 v Genk U21
(Goal Line) 02/12/2013 None 1.80 To Run

    And then the Dutch:

Dont like to take handis and WDW in general and certainly not in this league
But the 4 i took here are too good to let go and overs dont appeal to me too much today. Line too high or odds too low.

1 ADO Den Haag Reserves -1.0 ADO Den Haag Reserves v Volendam Reserves
(Asian Handicap) 02/12/2013 None 1.80 To Run
2 RKC Reserves FC Den Bosch Reserves v RKC Reserves
(Full Time Result) 02/12/2013 None 1.90 To Run
3 Over 3.5 PEC Zwolle Reserves v VVV/Helmond Sport Reserves
(Goal Line) 02/12/2013 None 1.825 To Run
4 Sparta Rotterdam Reserves Sparta Rotterdam Reserves v Roda JC Reserves
(Full Time Result) 02/12/2013 None 1.85 To Run
5 Willem II Reserves Willem II Reserves v FC Utrecht Reserves
(Full Time Result) 02/12/2013 None 1.80 To Run

Results for Sparta, Willem II and RKC havent bee too great but that has mostly to do with their opponents. They had to play Feyenoord, AZ and in RKC's case Willem II recently and these are the top 3

Feyenoord and AZ meet in Rotterdam as no1 vs 2 in the league. Feyenoord odds are nice but i want to see the team first. Especially the forward line.

Other matches that i left out are under 3,5/4 matches for me.

Only have small stakes on these 2 combo's

If you want to do a higher stake double, go for Sparta and Willem II wins

Yep, and hoping there will be a few goal markets opened.

Otherwise, count on late goals with Vitesse. 2 or 3 goals in the last 10/15 is more rule than exception for them

If those are better than a straight De graafschap win....
Almere had a good result away to feyenoord 2 weeks ago but feyenoord had 4 or 5 players missing that day, Most of all no centre forward
Also Almere equalised in injury time so that result flatters them.

But if de graafschap win is <2 go for this

De Graafschap are 8/11 straight win
