I even offered some to the bus driver after he dropped me home the other night but oddly enough he didnt take any either!!

Yeah. My great aunt will be coming over at christmas and usually has a glass of sherry, she is 93 at still carrying on like an 18 year old on spring break in some american movie. Grow up woman, its embarrassing to think you might still enjoy a relaxing mind altering substance past the age of 20.

Indeed. I too still smoke at almost twice that age and can always use the appropriate your/you're in a sentence.

Like any other commodity the price can vary a lot depending on local supply and demand. However it is not an exaggeration to say that good "weed" is worth half it's weight in gold. In the Netherlands a rough ballpark price for decent stuff would be e10 per gramme. The current price of gold is about e20-30 per gramme I think?

Imagine if it were legalised and anyone could get a licence to have "gold" grow in their cupboard/field...

Dunno about that definition...i've heard people saying both whilst smoking both.

certainly very few irish people talk of getting high...they prefer to say getting stoned.
Americans on the other hand get ghigh ratheer than stoned and so on.

Maybe it's just me then, but I would definitely differentiate the two states of conciousness caused by the effects of hash and grass. Mind you, that could just be cos the hash in Ireland has always been sh*te, even back when it was allegedly good.

Not neccesarily true....there were some good hash varieties back in the day.

The ones that stick out were Moroccan Gold,Afghani Black,Pakistani,Red Leb(when it was red leb) and some indian strain that looked like Honey that was utterly mind-blowing....none of these were available in large quantities though and could run from 110-130 PUNTs per oz.

These strains dissapeared to be supplanted by "mileage" or "soapbar" which was a third-rate moroccan commercial hashish also mistakenly called Lebanese.

In those days a lot of peope just bought "five spots" or "ten spots" which could vary hugely in weight and size.

Yeah, and then people heard all these names being thrown around and started trying to tell you that everything was 00 :pac:

Even when there was good stuff floating about, and I'm talking 10+ years ago, the quality of what was good here was nothing compared to, for example the hash sold in Amsterdam.

Five spots eh?, that takes me back a long time

You can get high smoking hash and stoned smoking weed.

Al depends if it's a sativa (high) or indica (stone). Saying that, smoke enough of a sativa and you wil get stoned.
