changed that there for ya:D in my case i married a dub, not from a farm, but had worked on a farm. I make 95% of the decisions about the farm and i want absolutely nothing to do with his lorry unless he is collecting something for me

Thats the way to have it too whelan . Does he help out much on the farm or would ye get on when working together ?
Id say the wife would stay 15 mins max helping me until she would bail , I'm too contrary I'm told

he doesnt milk, he would do a fair share of the tractor work... wouldnt be too fond of 4 grain fork or shovel. we dont really work together, would be doing different stuff at different times. I do all the stock work

He must have a bit of sense . I was talking to a lad that inherited two nice farms and he reckoned he would have been better off if he never saw them

Actually that poses a good question lads and ladies. Which is better to go out with/marry in your eyes?
    A. some one who knows nothing about farming and never wants to?
    B. Someone who knows nothing about farming but wants to learn about it and help you out with jobs the whole time?
    C. Or a farmers son/daughter who knows a fair bit about farming?

I took the B. option , working well over 30 years on

"white trainer" like it, ah we all looked in at some stage in our lives, bet if he played a bit of hurling there would not be a problem

a friend of mine from tipp, his father in law would not speak to him for years cause he had no interest in hurling, father had no choice after he married the daughter and yer man was looking across the table at thim

i always said imagine if he was after the farm what would have happened

my daughter's best friend from college is daughter of a galway sheep famer, also strong gaa man

he advised her never marry a sheep farmer

she married a KK sheep farmer 1 week after the 2012 replay , would love to have been there

I'd recommend training to anyone using such high tech gear :D. In fact maybe a licencing system needs to be brought in!

They don't make them like they used to that's the problem. The makers want them broken so I have to go and buy parts!

The suction of wet bog is a match for the hardness of any rock!

Now you have it, when I've the sections cut I prise them loose to break the suction, otherwise it's murder dragging them out. Tomorrow morning will see the repair job commence.

Do you take out the sections with the drag ? You were probably making a beast of yourself with the size of the sections :D

If you break the suction first, they just lift out handy enough. If you don't, you'll burst, strain or break something

Often thought to get something specific made up by a metal worker for the job.
