Oh yeah, I got the call weeks ago to confirm I was getting one, just never thought to ask if I would have to pay in advance as gamestop seem to be doing.

I would presume with nothing else being said I can pay on the night but I would hate to turn up and be refused on the night because they forgot to tell me.

Back onto smyths and told where I am on the list. Ordered at end of July. Also been told no one has been rung, and I should get a console. But no guarantee there is one there.

Still driving me crazy. Said I may not hear till Wednesday or Thursday. Sigh.

So if anyone hears from Smyths Carrickmines. Please post here. Thanks

The money came out of my account last Thursday, do you reckon ill get a console on Friday?! I was pretty late pre-ordering tbh so I wouldn't be confident.

Nobody who ordered online with them will not be offered a bundle unfortunately

Was on the phone to HN Swords said they are still waiting for delivery of stock but looks good for me. They will ring people when they have stock in the next few days. If you don't hear anything by Thursday give them a call up they said.

Anyone order from smyths swords know whats happening

Got my call from GS liffey street. They have 75 units, invite only I think though.

If you has asked me a month ago I would have said I was getting BF no question (more my type of thing than sports or car racing games) but for some strange reason the idea of Christmas multiplayer on NBA or time trials etc on NFS really appeals! Im also getting Killzone and AC so that might fill the chaos and carnage side of things! Ah ridiculous problems and decisons really when you think about it

Gamestop havent tried to take my money for my order today after they tried yesterday but I had insufficient funds, will they try again??:eek:
I sent an email Friday asking what day will the funds be taken out of my account. A bit pissed off as they said no payment will be taken until your order is shipped, so if they charged me yesterday they were shipping it last night or this morning??:rolleyes:
I emailed them on Friday asking what day will I be charged so could I add the money onto the card and still haven't got a reply.
With the whole no bundles for online pre orders and the general ****ty treatment Ive read of there customers here I'm a little worried there gona forget to charge me now and I wont have it by Friday.
